I regard the company Elastic as an enterprise which, with the opportunities given and the commitment of its co-workers, can consolidate its worldwide place in the textiles branch and enlarge it with new, creative ideas.

After my training, in which I was encouraged, but also demanded, I was taken over into a firm whose qualities you can only wish for. You are in good contact with the others; the treatment between colleagues is generally particularly good. Due to a manageable number of co-workers, there is no anonymity: "everyone knows everyone". This strengthens the community spirit more than in any bigger enterprise. Also the opportunity given by this to stand alone for a whole field of tasks makes work much more interesting.

I see the company Elastic GmbH as an enterprise which, with and through its customers, has a place in the textiles market which must be maintained and still enforced. Thanks to the new structure of Elastic, it is also well possible to reach these aims.

I like to work at Elastic because my field of responsibility in quality management is demanding for me again every day and requires fast solutions in cooperation with the customers and distributors. Moreover, in my opinion, the working climate is generally rather "familiar", which I see as an advantage and one of the strengths of Elastic

I regard Elastic as something special in the region since there are no further comparable textiles enterprises. It exists already since 1958 and has given work to very many people since that time. An important economic factor for the region.

I like to work at Elastic because I was already interested as a child in what is done here. Moreover, I have made my apprenticeship in the textiles branch, where finished goods were proceeded. I wanted to know how these goods are made and therefore started here. Up to this day I like to work here, as the relationship among each other is human and I enjoy work as a threader very much.

My responsibility at Elastic lies in the field of dispatch. Here it is confirmed that our firm is a "small pearl" in the world market - for our merchandise is dispatched to every continent on earth.

Elastic can well maintain this place in the textiles branch due to the restructuring of the enterprise, as the co-workers in the familiar enterprise stick together to achieve this. This was also proved in the past with a feeling of community spirit.

I like to work here because by the collaboration with my nice colleagues, there is an agreeable working climate.
